Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy We understand that unexpected changes can happen. However, to respect the time and scheduling of all clients, the following policy applies: Reschedules: Any appointment reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or Late Reschedules: If you cancel or attempt to reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full payment to book future appointments. Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Age Requirement: All clients must be 18 years of age or older to book or receive services. Valid photo ID may be required at the time of the appointment. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
